Day 145

A stream running down the mountain from the paths to various Buddhist temples.

Day 144

700 year old Buddhist Temple in Kamakura.

A view of the what is believed to be the first Zen Garden in Japan.  Very simple, striking, and created from nature in around 1400.

Day 143

A lovely flower in a Japanese garden.

Day 142

A cloudy and rainy morning in Shinjuku, Tokyo.

Day 141

Wrote out my Valentine's Day card for my husband and dropped it in the post.  We usually don't do Valentine's Day; but, I figured with him away at Army training, it would be a nice surprise (even if a little funny!).

Day 140

After all the dreary winter weather, I decided that some color was in order.  I picked this up at the store on a bit of a whim.  Aren't they pretty?

Day 139

This is how I spent my entire Saturday...

Day 138

Buster helped me build a snowman.  He even autographed it for me...right before he destroyed it.

Day 137

Bailey LOVES the snow.  This morning after I cleared a path through the garden with a spatula (this is the UK, we aren't prepared here!), he started making doggie snow tunnels.  Buster was too excited about the snow and was romping; hence, no picture.  Marley was hiding inside as the cold affects his, ummm, delicate nature. :P

My street this morning.  I am stuck at home because I can't get the car out of the shared drive.  A spatula only goes so far...

Day 136

View of our table at about 11 last night.  I knew morning was going to be bad....
