Tea and the iPod.  It was the only thing that got me through work today.

Typical stuff for work.  The orange glow from the bad office lighting is particularly lovely.  Ha!

I was at a conference for work and had to stay overnight.  This is how I spent my evening.

I visited London today.  We got held up on the tube because someone threw themselves in front of a train.  Not the best start to the day.
